At Purellé, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.
Products that are used, damaged after delivery, or missing original packaging may not qualify for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used showerheads or used filters cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued through the original payment method or bank transfer, depending on how the order was placed.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received was defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery. If you need to exchange a product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Return Shipping
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
